§ 13-30. Service fees.

(a)

Other fees shall be charged to cover the cost of providing these services as provided in F.S. § 633.216, according to the fee schedule as established by the Board of County Commissioners from time to time and on file with the County Attorney's Office.

(b)

These fees may be appended from time to time by resolution of the Board of County Commissioners without having to completely change the ordinance from which this chapter is derived.
