§ 3-9. Possession of open containers outside premises.

  • (a)

    As used in this section, the term "open container" means any container which is immediately capable of being consumed from, or the seal of which has been broken.

    (b)

    No person shall possess an open container of an alcoholic beverage while in the parking lots or other outside areas of the premises for which a valid license for the sale of alcoholic beverages has been issued by the Division.
