§ 3-6. State license required.

No manufacturer, distributor, exporter or vendor of alcoholic beverages, including wine and/or beer, shall engage in the business and/or operation of selling alcoholic beverages, including wine and/or beer, without first having secured and/or obtained a license from the Division.
