§ 13-26. Fuel oil, kerosene, and wood burning heating or cooking appliances prohibited.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to use or operate within any building or structure other than one- or two-family homes located within the jurisdiction of the County or otherwise prohibited by State law the following:

    (1)

    Any unvented fuel oil or kerosene burning appliance, including those with woven-wick designed for heating purposes.

    (2)

    Any type grill, barbeque device, or wood burning fire place or heater on balconies porches or breezeways of multistory buildings (NFPA 1, FFPC).
