§ 13-2. Title.

Latest version.

The title of this chapter shall be the Fire Prevention Code of the County, hereinafter referred to as the "Code." One or more copies hereof shall be on file in the Office of the Fire Prevention Division located in Arcadia, Florida, and shall be available for public examination at the County Administration Office, 201 East Oak Street, Suite 201, Arcadia, Florida, during normal business hours.
