§ 13-16. Storage on roofs, fire escapes, porches and breezeways and balconies.

(a)

No person shall place or maintain, on any roof or balcony used for egress purposes, any material or object which may interfere with egress or Fire Department operations.

(b)

No person shall place or maintain gas or propane cylinders on porches, breezeways or balconies of multistory buildings.
