§ 11-318. Regulatory fees.

An annual regulatory fee of $100.00 per parcel is due and payable at the time of registration under Section 11-315(d), and upon each annual renewal thereafter on the anniversary date of initial registration. A late fee of $50.00 shall be charged for any fee which is not paid within ten days of the date when due. Any regulatory fees shall be used and expended solely for the regulatory purpose of such registration activity as provided in this article.
